My son had a school project of which he chose the easiest option, me making cookies. He found few recipes online, one looked like it would be bitter, the other had Brandy in it so that was out, then there was a recipe with over 2 cups of sugar, we had a winner! I spent a good part of the day, all day really, preparing, baking, burning, and packaging nearly 90 cookies!
